Support for RGB out when running 2600 games on the 7800GD has begun!

May as well get this working while waiting for the new PCB’s to arrive…

This is a pretty final version of the 7800GD shell. The debug port is visible on the right side (as inserted in the console), with AV port on the left. The label recess has also been added, it won't wrap to the top due to the memory card slot being there, however.

First pass at a case for the 7800GD, some finer detail and punch-through missing for clips, but the shell is pretty much there. You can tell things are getting closer when you're looking at case designs...
