Terms and Conditions


If items are not in stock at the time of placing an order you will be placed in a pre-order queue for the item, which is fulfilled in a first come first served basis. When checking out, payment for the whole order (stock and pre-order items) will be authorised, but payment will not be taken for any part of the order until stock is available and the order ready to dispatch. The payment authorisation period for the order is 365 days, but can be cancelled at any point before dispatch.

After placing an order for pre-order items, you can see your position within the pre-order queue. If you have allowed us to contact you, and more than 10 days have passed since you placed the order, you will be notified 24 hours before payment is due to be taken for a pre-order item and you will have the option to delay the order or cancel the order.

Order Cancellation

You are free to cancel an order at any point between placing the order and the order being dispatched. You can do this from the order history section of your account.

General Returns

If you wish to return goods to Retro HQ for a refund, please return within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging. We understand that at Christmas this can take longer so we allow up to 30 days.The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage.

The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please notify us of any damage or losses as soon as possible as we will not consider any claim against any losses or damage after 31 days.

Faulty Goods

All our products are made to a very high standard and are inspected before dispatch. If for any reason you feel that the product does not meet expectations, please contact us with the details within 7 days of receipt and we will discuss the best way to replace them for you.


All our products are guaranteed against faulty manufacturing and parts for 1 year. If your goods develop a problem within this 1 year, then please contact us and and we will discuss the best way to replace them for you.
