For coders out there, the first commit of the Jaguar GameDrive homebrew API is available.



This allows you to use functionality of the GD cart in your own code. Firmware compatible with it will be out next week, just going through final testing.

Very nice! Soon people will be able to easily and freely use the Jag GD functionality in their own code.

A2560 Foenix U - The MC68SEC000 @20Mhz new retro computer. Early test & FPGA debugging. It boots now and runs small code. A bit more FPGA code implementation to do, but will soon be ready to be put into the Kernel Master... So, it will ship really soon!

The new 7800RGB board is behaving better, the last one had some odd tearing issues.

There are still issues, but hopefully they'll be resolvable.

7800 video generation is VERY jittery. The white bar represents 908 cycle lines, this SHOULD be straight. MARIA is dropping cycles!

A new firmware for the JagGD is coming shortly! We're in final testing now.

This is mostly for homebrew folks, adding an API for the GD features and allowing ROM's to be locked to individual carts or memory cards should people want to do this.
